Cheatham County Sycamore Square Improvements

The project consists of interior renovations to improve and expand key government offices, with limited roof patching as required. The Veterans Service Organization will extend into an adjacent unit, adding a conference room, larger breakroom, four offices, storage, and a renovated restroom. At the Cheatham County Government Offices, upgrades include a new connecting door for the Register of Deeds, a small office and acoustic improvements in the County Clerk’s Suite, and enhancements in the Trustee’s Office with a new breakroom, office space, and ADA-accessible service counter.
