It is the intent of these specifications to obtain sealed bids for furnishing and delivery of ready-mix concrete to various sites within the Town of Collierville on an as-needed basis. Bids will result in an annual requirements contract to supply the concrete at the unit prices bid and in accordance with the specifications of this bid.

Complete bid packages are available from the Procurement Division, 500 Poplar View Parkway, Collierville, TN 38017, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Interested parties may visit the Procurement Division’s Bid and RFP webpage at https://www.colliervilletn.gov/government/general-services/open-bids-217 or call 901-457-2250 for further solicitation information. Deadline for sealed bids, submitted to the Procurement Division, 500 Poplar View Parkway, Collierville, TN 38017, is as noted per project listed above. The bids will then or soon thereafter be publicly opened and read aloud in the Town Board Chambers at 500 Poplar View Parkway, Collierville, Tennessee.

Town of Collierville solicitations are only available through the Town's Procurement office, which is the sole, official authority for all Town solicitations. Contractors planning to participate in any Town of Collierville solicitation must obtain an official set of bid documents and any addenda directly from the Procurement office and comply with any additional procedures as may be required.
