Bid Information:

Sealed Bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appurtenances necessary for the construction of the Water Main Replacement Program, Phase 3 - Section A will be received at the Loudon Utilities Administration Building, 2480 Highway 72 North, Loudon, Tennessee 37774 until 2 p.m., local time, on October 23, 2025, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.

Pre-Bid Information:

A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for October 9, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. local time, at the Loudon Utilities Administration Building, 2480 Highway 72 North, Loudon, Tennessee 37774. Bidder attendance is mandatory.

Hard copy full sets of plans and specifications will be available for purchase at contractor’s expense, which will be fulfilled by the Barge Design Solutions, Inc.’s Planroom (https://bidding.bargedesign.com/) To purchase a hard copy set or download files, you must register for a free account, if you already have an account, simply log in and select “Download” this entire job.
