Little Sugar Creek Streambank Repair Project

The Public Improvement Project for Little Sugar Streambank will include a stream restoration project on approximately 6,000 linear feet of Little Sugar Creek and McKisic Creek within Bella Vista Lake Park. The project will restore the fluvial landscape within the remnants of the former back-water area of Lake Bella Vista. The outcomes of the work will address ongoing severe streambank erosion, and reestablish a resilient, self-maintaining channel using natural channel design principles as the basis for design.
