Bid Information:

Sealed bids will be received at Lakeland City Hall, 10001 Hwy 70, Lakeland, TN 38002, until 2:00 pm, October 31, 2025. All bids must include on the outside of the Bid Envelope, the name of the bidder, bidders address, the name of the project, license number, expiration date thereof, and license classification of the contractors applying to bid for the prime contract. The bidder shall also include, on the outside of the bid envelope, the name, license number, license expiration date and license classification of any subcontractor to be used by bidder for electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation & air conditioning work, and roofing provided that such classifications are applicable to the project. Masonry subcontractors shall provide name, license number, license expiration date and license classification for projects $100,000 and up (includes all materials, equipment and labor). In the event that such classifications are not applicable to the project, the bidder shall indicate same on the outside of the bid envelope, by designation the classification and the words, “not applicable” or “NA”.

Pre-Bid Information:

A pre bid meeting will be held on Friday October 17, 2025 at 2pm at: Lakeland City Hall, 10001 Hwy 70, Lakeland, TN 38002.
