Sealed Bids must be delivered to Owner as specified in Section 00 21 13 “Instructions to Bidders” no later than 2:50 P.M. local time on November 21, 2025, to be accepted. Any Bid received after 02:50 P.M. Any Bid received after 2:50 P.M. will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 3:00 P.M. The bid opening will be virtual ONLY. Instructions on Submitting Questions: Questions regarding bids should be submitted to Brittany Bryant at Brittany.Bryant@Gwinnettcounty.com no later than 3:00 P.M. local time, November 12, 2025. Bids are legal and binding upon the bidder when submitted.
Pre-Bid Information:
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project is scheduled for 10:00 A.M. on October 23, 2025. To access, dial 1-408-418-9388, enter access code 2345 285 0107. All interested parties are urged to attend. The Pre-bid conference is to be utilized by contractors and subcontractors to ask any questions in order to submit a bid for this project. Note: Contractors can go by the project area at any time to look at the existing conditions.
Hard copy full sets of plans and specifications will be available for purchase at contractor’s expense, which will be fulfilled by the Barge Design Solutions, Inc.’s Planroom (https://bidding.bargedesign.com/) To purchase a hard copy set or download files, you must register for a free account, if you already have an account, simply log in and select “Download” this entire job. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available directly from the Issuing Office.
