Provide a cost for the Installation of Arc Fault Breakers at Kefauver Terrace at 7620 Robinson Cove, Bartlett, TN 38002. The work scope defines the pertinent tasks and instructions. The contractor shall be responsible for all materials, supplies, and equipment needed to complete all aspects of the scope of work. MHA requires all potential bidders visit the job site, assess the existing condition, and provide a cost for a complete job. MHA reserves the right to award this project in its entirety, partial, or not at all. The attached photo provides some details.
