The scope of this project is a renovation of a tenant space of approximately 8684 sf that comprises the entire fourth floor of an existing office building. the work will include updating the interior layout, finishes and fixtures, along with plumbing, mechanical and electrical distribution updates. no structural work or modifications to the building envelope are anticipated.
