The City of Athens will receive sealed bids until 3:00 PM, December 18, 2025, for the following: Regional Park House Remodel RFB #25-18 This bid requires licensed and bonded General Contractor as required by the Contractor’s Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. Sealed bids will be received at Athens City Hall located at 815 N. Jackson Street, Athens, TN, 37303.

Pre-Bid Information:

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the job site, located at 2405 Decatur Pike on December 2, 2025 at 10:00 am.
