Planetarium Dome Seating Renovations and/or Replacements

Bid Information:

Public bids must be submitted on official Vendor Letterhead. Additional documentation required to be included in the bid packet will be a Current Certificate of Insurance, DHS E-Verify Documents, Business License, and Vendor W9 form. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owner’s judgement, the best interests of the State of Alabama or the U.S. Space and Rocket Center Commission will thereby be promoted. Sealed proposals will be received by the U.S. Space and Rocket Center, Administrative Entrance, One Tranquility Base, Huntsville, Al 35805 until Thursday January 8th, 2026, at 2:00pm CST. At which time and place, each seal bid will be publicly opened and read into the record.
