Separate sealed bids for Water Treatment Plant Aerator Replacement will be received by the City of Bolivar, City Hall, 211 N. Washington St., Bolivar, TN 38008, until 2:00 p.m. on December 4, 2025, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Any person with disability requiring special accommodations must contact the City of Bolivar no later than 7 days prior to the bid opening.
