Construction of a Health Clinic at 1253 W. Oak Hill Avenue

KCDC is soliciting proposals from highly qualified construction firms to construct a health clinic at 1253 W. Oak Hill Avenue. This is a mixed-use commercial and residential building and includes approximately 3,250 square feet of space that will be operated as a medical clinic. The medical clinic space is located on a portion of the ground floor of the larger mixed-use structure, which is currently under construction.
