Bids will be received by the City of Knoxville, Tennessee (Herein called the "Owner") by the Purchasing Division of the City of Knoxville, acting for the Mayor, in Room 667-674, City County Building, 400 Main Avenue, Knoxville, Tennessee, 37902 until 11:00:00 A.M. on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the City of Knoxville, Engineering Department, Room 301, 3131 Morris Avenue at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, November 17, 2025.
