The City of Little Rock, Arkansas invites bids on the form attached hereto, all blanks of which must be appropriately filled in. Bids will only be received by submission through the electronic bid system LRProcure at the time shown on the “Invitation to Bid,” and then at said place publicly opened and read aloud. Responses must be submitted through the electronic bid system as described below. A complete set of bidding and contract forms are included in the Contract Documents for purposes of general reference and are not to be detached from the Contract Documents, filled out or executed. Separate copies of the Bid Forms should be made for that purpose.
