The project consists of a renovation of approximately 3600 SF of office and storage space. Project requirements include new interior finishes, electrical, mechanical and plumbing work. Intent of work includes establishing a continuous corridor across the dome, creating a larger space for badging testing, creating a secure police office and evidence room, creating additional office spaces, and creating a restroom accessible to the police dispatch center. Windows will be added to the exterior wall to provide natural light into office spaces.

Sealed bids for the construction of CMAA OFFICE EXPANSION will be received by the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport Authority at the office of the Engineer located at 5746 Marlin Rd., Suite 102, Chattanooga, TN 37411 on February 5, 2026, until 3:00 p.m. local time, and immediately thereafter will be opened and publicly read.

Pre-Bid Information:

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held January 20, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., at 1001 Airport Road, Suite 14, Chattanooga, TN 37421. A tour of the project site will be available following the meeting.
