Sealed Bids are to be received no later than 2:00 P.M. on February 12, 2026. All bid packets must be labeled “FY2026-01-014 CITY OF BARTLETT WATER TREATMENT PLANT #2 IMPROVEMENTS” and addressed to: MAYOR DAVID PARSONS, CITY OF BARTLETT, 6400 STAGE ROAD, BARTLETT, TENNESSEE 38134-1148
Pre-Bid Information:
MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held on January 26, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. (CST) to address your questions and provide additional information for this proposal. All interested respondents will be required to attend this meeting. The pre-bid conference will be held at the Bartlett Engineering Department, 6382 Stage Road, Bartlett, TN 38134. If you plan to attend, please provide a company name, representative and contact number via email to Dalan Hubbard, Utility engineer, at dhubbard@cityofbartlett.org to confirm your attendance. A confirmation email will be returned with specific information concerning the conference. Failure to attend this meeting will result in the rejection of your proposal.
