England Housing Authority - HVAC Replacement

Bid Information:

The Housing Authority of the City of England, Arkansas, hereafter called the “Public Housing Agency” or PHA, will receive sealed bids for HVAC Replacement until 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 102 Benafield Street, England, Arkansas 72046, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE CLOSING TIME WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED.

Pre-Bid Information:

WALK THROUGH AND PREBID CONFERENCE At 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 3, 2026, a Pre-bid Conference will be held at 102 Benafield Street, in England, Arkansas for the purpose of answering questions Bidders may have and to consider any suggestions they may wish to make concerning the project. Immediately following the Pre-bid Conference, a site visit of the project will be held by the Owner. All Contractors are strongly recommended to attend this walk through and pre-bid conference.

One (1) complete set of bidding documents, drawings, and specifications in electronic or paper format shall be obtained from Memphis Reprographics, 6178 Macon Road, Memphis, TN 38134, telephone (901) 381-9811 for a fee. Bid documents are not refundable. However, bid documents may be viewed on-line prior to purchasing them. All bids must be submitted on forms furnished by the PHA, as contained in the Project Manual and detailed within.
