Sealed bids for “OLD LEBANON DIRT ROAD WIDENING FROM WEST OF CHANDLER ROAD TO EAST OF MORELAND DRIVE” will be received at the office of the City of Mt. Juliet Finance Department at 2425 N. Mt. Juliet Rd, Mt. Juliet, Tennessee 37122, Attention: Dana Hire, on or before 2/13/2026 10:00 AM, CST, and immediately thereafter all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Pre-Bid Information:

An optional pre‐Bid conference will be held at the City of Mt. Juliet Public Works Department, 115 Clemmons Road, Mt. Juliet, TN 37122 on 1/28/26 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, CST. Representatives of Owner and Engineer will be present to discuss the Project. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the conference. Engineer will transmit to all prospective Bidders of record such Addenda as Engineer considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference. Oral statements may not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective.
