Bid Information
Bids shall be opened only with Designer in attendance at 2:00 PM on December 16, 2020. Bidders and UofM Staff may join the Bid Opening via video conference call attendance only using the following information:

Scope of Work
a. Hazardous materials abatement to accommodate new HVAC systems.
b. Replacement of the existing 2-pipe HVAC system with a 4-pipe HVAC system including piping, pumps, fan coil units, and air handling units.
c. Replacement of the existing steam heat exchanger with boilers.
d. Temperature control system replacement.
e. Commissioning.
f. Architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing modifications to accommodate new HVAC systems.
g. The Owner will continue to occupy portions of the building during construction work.
h. Work shall be performed in two phases as described below and as shown on the drawings.
