Registration

Firms not already prequalified with SARP10 and Firms that prequalified more than one year ago, must submit the following registration information as soon as possible; but no later than January 19, 2021. SARP10 registration is valid for one year from the date of approval and will apply for all related contracts, under the SARP10 Program. If the Firm has prequalified with SARP10 in the past year, the Firm is not obligated to reapply.

• Step One: Send an email to Ginny Dorsey DorseyV@bv.com with the subject line “New SARP10 Vendor – “Phase 8 SSES”. The message should include a main point of contact name, phone number, email address, and remit to address. The email must also include a PDF attachment of the Firm’s W-9 Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification.
• Step Two: A Black & Veatch Sourcing Specialist will send a separate email requesting additional information for review and approval by Black & Veatch / OCI.

No proposals will be accepted from any Firm who has not successfully completed the registration process and met the minimal qualification standards.

Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting:

A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at 9:30 AM (local time) via Microsoft Teams Meeting, on January 12, 2021. A dial-in number and PIN information will be posted to the SARP10 website, by 5:00 PM January 11, 2021.

Proposal Submission

Proposals will be received at the SARP10 Program Office, 845 Crossover Lane, Suite 120, Memphis, TN 38117, until 3:00 PM (local time), February 2, 2021. Late proposals will be rejected and will not be considered for award. Additional instructions for submitting the proposals are included in the RFP.

Scope of Work

Nonconnah South Tributaries: North Whitehaven (NS01, NS03, NS04)

Service Contractor 78.0126 shall be responsible for completion and correct documentation per Technical Specifications of a condition assessment of the sanitary sewer lines and manholes in the assigned Phase 8 Area. This work would consist of smaller diameter assessment in residential, commercial and easement locations as well as large diameter interceptor assessment. The Nonconnah South Tributaries North Whitehaven (NS01, NS03, NS04)

Nonconnah South Tributaries: Hurricane Creek (NS05-1 and NS06)

Service Contractor 78.0127 shall be responsible for completion and correct documentation per Technical Specifications of a condition assessment of the sanitary sewer lines and manholes in the assigned Phase 8 Area. This work would consist of smaller diameter assessment in residential, commercial and easement locations as well as large diameter interceptor assessment. Nonconnah South Tributaries Hurricane Creek (NS05-1 and NS06)

Nonconnah South Tributaries: Tenmile Creek-Southwind (NS07-2, NS09-3, NN09)

Service Contractor 78.0128 shall be responsible for completion and correct documentation per Technical Specifications of a condition assessment of the sanitary sewer lines and manholes in the assigned Phase 8 Area. This work would consist of smaller diameter assessment in residential, commercial and easement locations as well as large diameter interceptor assessment. Nonconnah Tributaries Tenmile Creek- Southwind (NS07-2, NS09-3, NN09)

Wolf River Interceptor (WO05, WO06, WO07, WO08)

Service Contractor 78.0129 shall be responsible for completion and correct documentation per Technical Specifications of a condition assessment of the sanitary sewer lines and manholes in the assigned Phase 8 Area. This work would consist of mostly large diameter easement interceptor assessment and some smaller diameter assessment. Wolf River Interceptor (WO05, WO06, WO07, WO08)

IRP Reassessment 2021 Segments

Service Contractor 78.0130 shall be responsible for completion and correct documentation per Technical Specifications of a condition assessment of the sanitary sewer lines in multiple areas around the City of Memphis. This work would consist of smaller diameter assessment in residential, commercial and easement locations as well as large diameter interceptor assessment.

Purchaser reserves the right to combine or split the stated Service Contracts above.
