A Prebid Conference at the SHA Office will be held for the purpose of answering questions Bidders may have about submitting a bid for this project at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 14, 2021. Immediately following the Prebid Conference, a walk through of the project will be held by the Owner. All Contractors are STRONGLY RECOMMENDED to attend this walk through and Prebid Conference.
Bid Information
The Housing Authority of the City of Springdale, Arkansas, hereafter called the “Public Housing Agency” or PHA, will receive sealed bids for the Bathroom Renovations (Phase 4) for 39 Dwelling Units, at one site until 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at the office of the PHA located at #5 Applegate Drive, Springdale, Arkansas 72765, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
In order to be a qualified bidder, bidding documents must be obtained from the plan room. There is no cost associated with viewing or downloading an electronic copy of the plans and project manual. If you would like a physical set then they can be printed, paid for, and shipped to you, directly through the website.
