Fire Station No. 1 - Town of Somerville
Construction of a new one-story 8053 s.f. Fire Station. The building is primarily constructed of a Pre-Engineered Metal Building with PEMB metal roof covering. The exterior walls will be metal studs and CMU construction with brick veneer and metal wall panels. The Fire Station contains Offices, Dayroom, Bunk rooms, Utility rooms, a FEMA rated Tornado Shelter and 3 Apparatus bays.
