Scope of Work
The Scope of Work includes the repair work of damages to Winridge Elementary School’s interior and exterior building. The damages included impacts to the exterior that consists of the brick veneer, through wall flashing, weeps, cmu wall, rigid insulation, window unit, window screen and surrounding site area. Also, damage included impacts to the interior that consists of the window sill plate, base cabinets, countertop, window shade, mounting strip, ACT grid, VCT flooring, vinyl base, paint finishes and minor furniture damage.
Hard copy full sets of plans and specifications will be available for purchase at contractors expense, which will be fulfilled by Memphis Reprographics or files may be downloaded for free from the online plan room.
