Scope of Work
Construction of new entry fencing to athletic facilities along East Getwell Loop St. including: brick piers with backup cmu wall, cast stone masonry products, and decorative simulated wrought iron (steel) fencing. Decorative fencing shall extend from East Getwell Loop St. in an eastward direction until it reaches an existing chainlink fence. Fencing shall extend in a westward direction along the southern edge of an existing parking lot until it reaches the end of existing decorative fencing at the entrance to the baseball field. Landscaping shall be included around the base of the brick piers on each side of the entry drive. Landscape irrigation shall be provided with water sourced from an existing water line due south of the project site. Lighting (grade) shall be provided to the two primary brick piers with power sourced from an existing electrical transformer due north of the project site.
