The Housing Authority of the City of Springdale, Arkansas, hereafter called the “Public Housing Agency” or PHA, will receive sealed bids for the Range and Refrigerator Replacement until 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at the office of the PHA located at #5 Applegate Drive, Springdale, Arkansas 72765, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE CLOSING TIME WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED.
In order to be a qualified bidder, bidding documents must be obtained from this plan room.
The PHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
