Snowden Grove Baseball Complex Building Envelope Improvements

The project consists of the renovation of the Snowden Grove Baseball Main Concession Building, adjoining Pavilions, Complex D Concession Building, and Signage Pilasters. Renovations are limited to building envelope repairs including roof, siding, window replacement, masonry repairs, repair and painting of existing steel structural components and doors as the BASE BID. Alternate 1 consists of Roof Replacements at all existing Field Dugouts. Base Bid and Alternate Scopes of Work shown on the Drawings and included in the Specifications Alternates Section 004323.
