Bidders shall submit their bids either in a sealed envelope or electronically. Sealed bids will be received at the Office of Procurement and Contracts, Mississippi State University, P. O. Box 5307, 610 McArthur Hall, Barr Avenue, Mississippi State, Mississippi 39762. Electronic Bids will be received at plans.fm.msstate.edu and shall include a copy of their Certificate of Responsibility as an attachment to the electronic bid. Sealed bids and electronic bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 19, 2022.
