All bids electronically submitted are stored in a digital time vault and are not accessible by any party until the close of bidding. No bidder, owner, representative, or third party will have access to your confidential bid information at any point during the bidding phase. Only after the bid date has closed, will the owner and its representative have access to your submitted documents. If you need to resubmit a bid, or change a bid, simply re-upload your revised documents.

Pre-Bid Information:
A pre-bid conference has been scheduled on February 8, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Woodland Town Hall 120 Market Street in Woodland, MS.
All general contract/major subcontract Bidders and Suppliers are urged to attend.
All Bidders are expected to have familiarized themselves with conditions relating to the work prior to the pre-bid conference.
