Sealed Bids for the construction of the State Route 222 Water Line Extension will be received by The Honorable Alan Sterbinsky, Mayor, Town of Stanton, Stanton Town Hall, 8 S Main Street, Stanton, TN 38069, until 2:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
An official list of bidders will be maintained at www.a2hplanroom.com to ensure eligibility requirements of the bidder are met prior to bid opening. Any bid submitted from a bidder not on the official bidders list and/or not containing the above information will not be opened.
Pre-Bid Information:
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at the Stanton Town Hall, 8 S Main Street, Stanton, TN 38069. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not mandatory.
