Corporate Hangar Access Road & Security Fencing

Bid Information:

Separate sealed BIDS for the Hangar and Access Road will be received by the the McKellar-Sipes Regional Airport by the Jackson-Madison County Airport Authority (OWNER), until 2:00 P.M. local time, Tuesday, December 19, 2023. BIDS will then be publicly opened and read aloud. BIDS received after this time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.

Hard copy full sets of plans and specifications will be available for purchase at contractor’s expense, which will be fulfilled by the Barge Design Solutions, Inc.’s Planroom (https://bidding.bargedesign.com/). Pre-Bid Information:

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 2:00 P.M. local time, Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at the McKellar- Sipes Regional Airport, 308 Grady Montgomery Drive, Jackson, Tennessee 38301 Attendance at this conference by the prime contractor is mandatory in order to be eligible to submit a bid.
