Paris Housing Authority - Kitchen and Bathroom Renovations (Re-Bid)

Bid Information:

The Housing Authority of the City of Paris, Arkansas, hereafter called the “Public Housing Agency” or PHA, will receive sealed bids for the Kitchen and Bathroom Renovation until 10:30 a.m., Thursday, June 26, 2025, at 109 Logan Drive, Paris, Arkansas 72855, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud

Pre-Bid Information:

At 12:00 p.m., Friday, June 13 2025, a Pre-bid Conference will be held at 109 Logan Drive, in Paris, Arkansas for the purpose of answering questions Bidders may have and to consider any suggestions they may wish to make concerning the project. Immediately following the Pre-bid Conference, a site visit of the project will be held by the Owner. All Contractors are strongly recommended to attend this walk through and pre-bid conference.

One (1) complete set of bidding documents, drawings, and specifications in electronic or paper format shall be obtained from Memphis Reprographics, 6178 Macon Road, Memphis, TN 38134, telephone (901) 381-9811 for a fee. Bid documents are not refundable. However, bid documents may be viewed on-line prior to purchasing them. All bids must be submitted on forms furnished by the PHA, as contained in the Project Manual and detailed within.
