Removal of damaged roof and wall panels; structural steel repairs and flashing replacements; installation of roof coating, wall panels, personnel and overhead doors, windows, gutters, and downspouts; upgrade of plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems; surface preparation and painting of interior and exterior steel; remove and dispose of all debris off-site; and incidental work necessary to return the facility to full operational condition.
