Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the City of Memphis Purchasing Agent, Room 368, City Hall, 125 N. Main, Memphis, TN 38103, until 12:00 p.m., Wednesday June 25, 2025, for furnishing the City of Memphis with the following: FOR THE DIVISION OF: Memphis Parks FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF: Swimming Pool Renovations – FY 2025 (Rebid) Plans, Specifications and attendant deposit information available from: Office of Planning and Development Memphis Parks 2599 Avery Avenue Memphis, Tennessee 38112. All bids must include on the outside of the bid envelope, the name of the project, the bid due date and the bid opening time.

Potential bidders must pick-up an envelope at Memphis Reprographics, 6178 Macon Rd., Memphis, TN or make arrangements with the vendor for delivery at a delivery fee.

Pre-Bid Information:

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday June 10, 2025 at Memphis Parks Administration Building located at 2599 Avery Avenue, Memphis Tennessee 38112. All parties interested in bidding on this project are hereby invited and urged to attend this meeting.
