Sealed Bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the construction of the Water System Improvements (Smith County ARP), Tennessee ARP Project will be received at the office of 25 Utility District, 293 Dixon Springs Highway, Carthage, Tennessee 37030, until 2:00 p.m., local time, on June 11, 2025, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.

Hard copy full sets of plans and specifications will be available for purchase at contractor’s expense, which will be fulfilled by the Barge Design Solutions, Inc.’s Planroom (https://bidding.bargedesign.com/) To purchase a hard copy set or download files, you must register for a free account, if you already have an account, simply log in and select “Download” this entire job.
