The work included by the GENERAL and TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials required in performing all operations necessary in connection with street resurfacing at various locations within the Town. Surface adjustment of Town manhole rings and valve rings, as requested by the Town, will also be required.
