UTM College of Business and Global Affairs (25/26)

This project will be for the construction of the College of Business and Global Affairs Building, including demolition of the existing Business Administration Building. The new building will be approximately 63,115 square feet of space that includes learning labs and classrooms, offices, a center for MBA and undergraduate student services, enterprise center, and a shared facility for community gathering. The new building will utilize central campus steam and chilled water systems and will require a new electrical service transformer and supporting panels. The new building will meet all ADA and building codes required for the usage type. Includes all related work to complete the project.
