Bird House Improvements RFP 2025

The scope of this project, as detailed in Attachments 1 and 2, includes a new roof, new HVAC systems and electrical improvements (as required), repairs to exterior plaster walls, windows and doors (as needed), and repairs to terra cotta trim (as noted). Work must be phased, as detailed in the documents, to allow birds and their keepers to occupy parts of the building during construction. The building will be closed to the public during active construction.
