CDBG Community Outreach Building Project (FY2026-189)
The general scope of work is to supply all fees, labor, materials, and equipment to prepare the immediate site, construct pavements, utilities, construct foundations, super-structure, metal siding and roofing, insulate the building, provide motor-operated insulated sectional garage doors, provide gas heat and ventilation, electrical power and lighting and a wet fire sprinkler system and obtain a Certificate of Occupancy.
