City of Franklin - Phase 1 – 2023 Sewer Rehabilitation Project
The project consists of approximately 1,700 feet of cured in place pipe sewer rehabilitation, of which approximately 1,050 feet is 8-inch and 650 feet; replacin approximately 10,000 feet of existing 6-inch to 12-inch sewer by pip bursting means; rehabilitation of approximately 500 vertical feet of manholes; and reinstatement of service laterals with approximately 50 by robotic means and 160 by open cut means.

Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of bidding documents including addenda, if any are obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. No part of the purchase will be refunded.
