Public Projects

Project consists of a 14,000 SF one-story facility for the housing and care of domestic non-farm animals, including spaces to facilitate surgery, quarantine, adoption, and euthanasia. The work includes all grading, sitework, utilities, and construction of the building. The building is slab-on-grade, masonry and metal stud walls, brick and Hardiboard cladding, and standing seam metal roof.

Installation of new drainage system, including 723 lf on 24”-30” round drainage pipe and 45”x29” horizontal elliptical drainage pipe and associated drainage structures (manholes, headwalls, and inlets) at two projects locations.

The building work is to include mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations and other items of work as called for in the contract documents for a completed project.

This Project includes the following work: The installation of approximately 5,600 LF of 8-inch DIP and 950 LF of 12-inch DIP water main including valves, fittings, hydrants, and joint restraint in a residential area off of Duluth Highway, including along Kent Court, Claiborne Drive, and associated side streets. The project also includes restoration of grassing, curb and gutter, asphalt pavement, traffic control, erosional and sedimentation control, and abandonment of existing water mains and appurtenances throughout the project limits.

The project consists of construction of a 1-story 4,889 SF per-engineered metal building that will house 3,375 SF of unconditioned shop space and 1,514 SF SF of conditioned classroom and office space, and associated site improvements.

The installation of approximately 5,000 LF of ductile iron gravity sewer main from immediately downstream of the Gas South Arena to just south of SR-120, running approximately parallel to Fork Creek and the existing 18” to 24” VCP Fork Creek sewer interceptor. Approximately 500 LF of the proposed sewer is 8" pipe and 4,500 LF is 30" pipe. Two (2) public right-of-way crossings will be performed by 48” trench less installation. A total of seven (7) connections to branch sewer lines will be required. The project also includes restoration of the project corridor, traffic control, erosion and sedimentation control, and abandonment of sanitary sewer mains and appurtenances throughout the project limits.

The project shall include the replacement and or repair of chain link fence at the two elevated water tank sites.

The work includes the purchase, delivery, and installation of new furniture by a single source Contractor as well as the removal of associated packaging and debris from site.

The Project consists of the construction of site grading, utilities, and hardscape necessary for the installation of a pre-fabricated restroom structure.

The work in this project consists of the installation of clearing of existing swales and ditches, new generator and chainlink fence.
